​@@CoburtCocain Well don't Forget that Nirvana haven't played "Dive" since April 9, 1993 at the Cow Palace (Tresnjevka Women's Group Benefit), Daly City, CA and then last time before that was the January 23, 1993 Praça da Apoteose (Hollywood Rock Festival), Rio de Janeiro, Brazil shows and this show was October 31, 1993 (so since they haven't played this song since April 9, 1993 until October 31, 1993 he probably forgot) cause Dive was written In Spring 1989 and was Played 1989-1991, and then here and there (they played it the most during their first European Tour 10/23/89-12/03/89 and almost every show In 1990). And a few shows in 1991. And 01/23/93 & 04/09/93. And also I know they started rehearsing with Pat Smear In August 1993, but who knows what songs they practice on playing together, and Pats first Live Performance with Nirvana on September 25, 1993 on Saturday Night Live. Before they went on their In Utero North American Tour on October 18, 1993... So who knows Pat may have not played this song so could have just did random noise on certain parts... Which you can definitely and one them is actually playing the correct guitar riff on the chorus while the other guitar is just hitting random strings... So I think It may be Pat screwing up the song as he may not know it (just like the first and only live performance of You Know You're Right from the October 23, 1993 Aragon Ballroom, Chicago, IL show as Dave says this song is called "All Apologies" then Kurt goes Into the You Know You're Right riff and the rest of them follow along the best they could) but Kurt, Krist and Dave were excellent musicians who could Improvise off the top and would sound like an Amazing song.
