Never consume fruits beyond 6 PM as they contain fructose which is a high source of carbs and adds to your body weight.Soups and salads could be an alternative

Maam I live your videos but this one is not what I expected from you . Rice is simple carbohydrate is really good for digestion oil is also important for us . We should eat what our ancestor had eaten , loosing 15kg in a short span is not at all good . Any home cook food always helps in reducing weight .

One more thing oil is the dangerous thing from all the ingredients which we use in our meal, we all get fooled by foreigners, they had started this trend of refined oil etc as per u we should follow what our ancestors do they use to take Ghee and groundnut oil but in 20th century foreigner shows us the fear of Heart attack etc we stoped eating the main thing and start following them, and they recently started using Ghee in there own country, Lol
