Hi, I am your biggest fan. Your videos are really helpful. DO u have a video on how to swim using skulling?

Thank you for being such a big fan! I’m glad you find the videos helpful. I don’t have a specific video on sculling at the moment, but it’s a great technique to include. I’ll consider making a video on it soon. In the meantime, if you have any specific questions about sculling, feel free to ask!

What to do when your face suddenly goes inside water when you are in a slightly deeper pool on back float? Can we turn and do tummy float to prevent water going through nose?
@RocketSwimming2 ай бұрын
Yes, you can do the turn to your belly and breathe out the water. You should also keep your head relaxed and chin up.

I think my pectus excavatum makes this difficult for me

Focus on relaxing and spreading out your arms and legs to help with buoyancy. Keep practicing and stay patient with yourself-you can do it!
