Good presentation , except that there was quantification omission. The milk should have been stated in grams or k .g,while the warm water in litres.

Thanks for your feedback darling. If you have watched my other videos you will see I did all that. You could see I showed the small pack of milk used and I used all. I also explained how to gauge your water. Water measurement is usually not a problem, the major problem is usually temperature related.

Please did you add sugar to the youghut or how do we sweetened it? And is it advisable to add corn starch to the youghut for it to be plenty? Cos I'm reselling. I'm thinking I can make it watery then add corn starch to thicken it. Thanks

Sweeten to your taste by adding sugar to it. As for corn starch I can’t advise because you need a class to understand it.

Thanks for this and God bless. I tried the previous style and it came out perfectly fine for both strawberry and Banana flavor. Please What's the difference between the boiling process and the hot water process, which taste better and which last Long both in the fridge, freezer or at room temperature and how long can they last in each instances. Please how much do you get the 300ml plastic you showed on your previous yogurt video

Hi darling, Heating the milk gives a richer end product and also kills any bad bacteria in the milk. Both can stay 2 weeks refrigerated. Pls watch the video again, she stated the prices for singular or bulk purchase.

Heat water and pour in an ice chest then put your yogurt in a container in it. The water shouldn't be hot but not lukewarm.

Watching from Uganda. Here yoghurt generally made by dairy farmers who process their excess milk into yoghurt. I am not a dairy farmer. I would want to use the dried milk substitute. But fear cost of production may be high. Advise.

@@akbillions Am in the north of Uganda and most yoghurts come from the south where commercial dairy is big business. Using powdered milk would be convenient as it eliminates looking for milk from the scattered small-scale dairy farmers here. Will check cost of powedered milk and do the maths.

I advise you buy a thermometer to get the exact temperature that's if you using the boiling method and the thermometer should be in Celsius that's the c sign . Put hot water inside a cooler the you but ur milk inside to form but make sure the hot water is not touching the milk the heat from the hot water should be enough to make ur milk form It has worked for me and very sure it will go a long way for u

So sorry to hear this, the only reasons your milk didn’t coagulate is either of two things; -temperature -bacteria culture Since you said you used a thermometer, what was your milk temperature before adding the culture? Also pls check the expiry date of your culture if it’s still good.
