For beginners, keep it simple. Mix flour, water, starter n salt together, then place dough n proof directly in Dutch oven. I use abt 70% hydration, salt to taste. After dough rise abt 2x original size, preheat oven to 230C for 20min, then put Dutch oven n bake for 25 - 30 mins at 230C. To brown the top, another 10 to 15mins at 200C.
