Hello. I would like to say that I have followed a few videos to help my back and hip pain. Please accept my apologies for being skeptical when I click on this. I would like to say that doing this video has resulted in me being able to get out of bed in the morning and stand straight with no pain. Can’t thank you enough for this video. If you have lower back pain give this a try. I don’t know the person who posted this video. I don’t get paid for reviews. Just a happy camper who feels a lot better today.

Wow that was incredibly soothing exercise for my stiff back. thank you! I feel a lot better from my back. wow better then taking Ibuprofen 👍🏼

The puppy looks nice & relaxed. Is that a chi-weenie (chihuahua dachshund mix) Thanks for the video. I’ve been having problems with the piraformis & this helped me stretch out in a couple of new ways

The doggy looks the most chill though, soooo adorable! I’ve had this crippling lower back pain and just couldn’t think of anything gentle enough to help. Thank you for these stretches they help a lot!

Great video as always, Robert. Did these along with you and Lucy and it definitely helped relieve some tension in my low back and hip area after too much gardening this week. Love the canine assistant. Reminds me of my late pup. ♥

Making use of it finally takes away the horrible feeling of sciatica pain and the stress it gives on my back. Checking the web is an excellent approach to find out more about the BackPainRelief9.blogspot.com back pain guide. This performs wonderful for side or back sleeping, for between or below the knees. Helps my hip pain and it`s comfy.

I've only gotten as far as the 2nd set of stretches but I can feel the muscles that have been giving me issues stretching and loosening. Some of these movements are challenging for me; I blew out a knee several years ago (which probably accounts for some of my back/hip discomforts) and my knees don't quite go along with the entire program. Maybe as I repeat these stretches....but, if you have any options for those of us with 1.5 knees...I think these stretches will help me.

It was only two days ago since I applied this back pain, MyBackPain7.blogspot.in however it already made some major difference. A must to avoid lower back pain. It was as expected. This performs naturally and gives the essential relief despite the fact that I made use of it just recently..

Really need to do these exercises but what if your in pain should you still try, been in pain with lower back for about 3 months been told by physiotherapist it's muscle , these are what I need to do but very painful to move , thank you.

I would do these laying down, I do these myself but laying down. I also recommend Lastics the DVD, it changed my life as I was miserable with my sciatic pain for 3 years. I can't thank those stretches enough. I did the first ones till I felt better and do a variation of her lite ones with the ones on this video, but all laying down for the ones in this vid. I saw your comment, and I've been there so I decided to reply, as I have a friend going through the same thing and I found this video to help her fast. Having lower back pain (actual pain), this, the whole lot of it is impossible ..... I'll come back to it for rehab when the pain subsides

Yes I don't see the point showing someone who is young and flexible to illustrate what to do when you cannot move. It is just discouraging and a loss of time. If you were showing a headstand that would be just as useless.

If they showed someone who was old and not flexible you would not see the correct ways to stretch which is extremely important ....

I’m going to feel pain doing anything , it’s called having Fibromyalgia and nothing for the pain so how do I do these, the pain may be from being very inactive for years..

Right after couple months of looking for a back pain relief, I have finally discovered the ideal back pain guideline for me called MyBackPain7.blogspot.in Definitely helps with back pain throughout sleep. I like this guideline. It has everything I wanted to help me alleviate my back pain..

This isn't for people with REAL back problems!!! This is for those who have no back problems and have some flexibility. I can't do any of these stretches the way she does. My body doesn't bend that way!!!

It will take time if you are not as limber... that’s what the stretching is all about .... keep trying and keep stretching and you will work through it ... this also burns calories if your wanting to lose weight lol

Why can't senior citizens do this? My neighbor is 82 and she started doing yoga when she turned 80. Age is nothing but a number and a state of mind. I know 30-year-olds who are "old". As to the "toomuch [sic] of talking", this is an instructional video. How else is he supposed to pass on the information -- telepathy?
