Honestly worked for me. The first exercise was what I needed. As soon as I tilted my head far forward I could feel the muscles stretch between my shoulder blades. It was a bit painful but kept the position. My back feels soooo much better. Appreciate it.

Thank you, helpful as always! 🤗 I have found relief between my shoulders lying on my side and, using each hand, grabbing the opposite bicep, crossing my arms. Very simple relief for smaller scale aches and tenseness.

I woke up with pain in my upper back, been going on for a couple days now. These stretches really helped, especially the L stretch. Going to do these and practice good posture and hopefully I won't find no more pain. Thank you!

Dr. Hulscher, This is excellent information and you are a great man. I think it would be worth traveling the 4000 miles from Chicago to begin therapy with you. I've had a lifetime of chronic pain due to accidents and poor posture. This video, in particular the trapezius stretch relieved my upper back pain to a great degree. So simple and so efficient! I have and on and off pain between my shoulder blades that I only took to a chiropractor twice and then couldn’t because of the lockdown measures and now after only three days of these exercises I feel my vertebrae loosen to a much more comfortable state.

I've struggled with subscapular pain for years and years. Ive done the stretches in this video for a few days now and it hasnt fixed my problem but my pain has become more manageable. I thank you very much for this.

The first exercise gave me a headache. The second exercise was just okay. But the third exercise is the best one. After I did that one, I immediately felt some relief. Then I did the last ones, the pain went completely away. I was having shoulder blade pain for a month. Tennis ball didn't help me at all. Otc medicine didn't help. Doing these stretches really helped me a lot in just one day. I'm glad I didn't go to the chiropractor. Saved me some money just going here on KZbin. Thanks a lot doc.

I had an upper back strain for two days and I did this yesterday. Didn't remove the strain instantly but I woke up today feeling much better. My upper back is more relaxed and no more heavy feeling that I felt for two days. Thank you!!!

Thank you for the info. I have pain in those areas. I've had trigger point injections which haven't helped. I would much rather do an exercise

gosh this is the best warm up exercise i have been trying to search to remove my pain in my shoulder its like a muscle train in my shoulder blade, theres a tingling pain if i face downwards in my upper right back shoulder

The neck exercises were hard! I use a roller & lay down so, this is the first standing positions. I fell down a cliff & sprained my spine, blew 4 discs & I can’t get surgery. My life has turned into a professional PT patient. What do you suggest for damaged vegus nerve?

Very good , thank you, I also use an exercise ball and let my body stretch in that area, and doing breast stroke.

Ive hardly had a good night sleep in 2 weeks because i can not find a position no matter the pillow or method ive seen online to keep my neck from hurting...that is until i did your neck exercises.. My neck feels so much better. I use my laptop and phone way too much and my neck and shoulders were so stiff but it didnt bother me too bad till i tried to fall asleep. Not even a messagger on my neck helped. Taking unisom did help with the pain but unisom was giving me side effects. I am so greatful to know know what to do now. Thank you sir.

This is quite a safe exercise do 3 times a day, daily, should not be a problem under normal circumstances.

Thank you for this. I am a jeweler so I am regularly hunched over. Lately I have to bend over and pull on my toes several times a day to "crack" my upper back. These stretches are definitely helping, any other suggestions?

Dr, I've a genuine doubt. Doing squat position exercise is it okay for those people to do this one, if they have osteoporosis? Especially, if they have knee joint cracking sounds. I ask is it advisable for them to do this exercise. Kindly advise us please..thanks, Dr!

Hi there. So, my C7 gets out of place all the time and we keep having to adjust it. Once I finally start to feel better C6 feels like it dislocates in my sleep or if I turn the wrong way then more therapy and adjustments. It's been this way for years and I'm at my wits end. My Chiro said other than swimming and PT there's not much else I can do to prevent this. I'm in so much pain lately on both sides I'm about ready to give up! I also have disc buldges in my neck.

Inwoonde suggest you check out our video “exercises for brutal neck pain” which can be found on our KZbin channel. These exercises might help to stabilise your neck. Might be worth going through the exercises with your Chiro/pt first. Good luck!

@@MiltonChiropracticClinic Thanks for the reply! I'm going to start PT this Friday and my Chiro said that was a good idea. He hardly has exercises for me to do but, he is great at adjusting me so I'll of course stay with him and do PT at the same time.

@@MiltonChiropracticClinic yes.. actually its a long n complicated story but in short i have been to 2 different physio's. One acupuncture and one chiro in last 2 yaers but still have pain and tension in the neck and shoulder muscels and popping and grinding feeling in neck as well.
