I love roasted garlic. I usually just smear the garlic on toast or add it to my mashed potatoes. I roast up large batches and pack it in glass jars covered in olive oil. This recipe looks delicious. I will definitely be trying it soon.

I am making this, I will sauteed the garlic in a frying pan in the oil, medium heat, until it can be made into a paste. I'm Italian, and that's how we do it

Oven roasting is ideal but if you don’t have an oven, you can slowly baste it in a small pan (whole garlic cloves) with oil completely covering the garlic cloves. Cover with lid and slowly baste it until the garlic is soft and golden brown. Then separate the soft garlic from the oil, and follow the recipe.

As a Chef, I am telling you, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER rinse your noodles! Rinsing your noodles rinses the starch out. Starch is what helps the sauce to cling to your noodles, as well helps emulsify your sauce.

@@HTMLguruLady2 👋Thanks for the comment. As part of your chef training and experience, that might be the case. In traditional Korean cuisine, we rinse the cooked noodles to remove the excess starch. As a chef, I’m sure that you can recognize that different methodologies are used in for different cuisines.

Excellent question! Sesame oil is best for dressing and drizzling over food. Sesame oil I has a low threshold for heat and will easily turn, resulting in rancid burnt taste. If u don’t have olive oil, use vegetable oil to bake the garlic
