Don't be discouraged by the heat of the day. In the Caribbean we eat hot soups and stews even when it's super hot. Just got to enjoy it with a nice cold lemonade!!!👍

Thank you for a recipe I only have to make one slight modification in order to eat. I'll just trade out the oil and the water, for veggie broth. Now I might throw in a bit of spice, but that's just me. The rest is spot on.

Hi, how are you? I don't know if someone told you before in other comment, but for what the package says (the one with the green letters) that salt is used to take medicinal baths (external use). Perhaps you already know or you saw people cooking with it, but just in case you didn't I tell you. Love your videos, greetings from Argentina.

Hi, I thought quinoa needs to be washed before cooking to wash off saponins...is that necessary?

It's recommended yes, maybe he uses one that's pre washed or says in the package that it's not needed. Or maybe his soup tasted like soap :(
