No Oven Cheese Manakish | Quick And Easy

How to make a super easy Cheese Manakish. You can prepare this with just few ingredients from your kitchen.
Here's what you'll need:
1 cup warm water (250ml)
1/4 cup oil (60ml)
2 tbsp sugar (30g)
3 cups all purpose flour (375g)
1 tsp instant yeast (3g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
Filling: 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)

I saw this recipe this morning and realized I have all the ingredients needed in my pantry so I gave it a try. I just tweaked it a little bit by adding shredded leftover roast chicken, slices of onion and red pepper and scallion and LOTS of mozzarella to make it a substantial dinner (though I guess I strayed too far from the traditional manakish!😂) My husband loved it and ask that I make more and keep them in the freezer so he can have it anytime! 😀 Thanks so much for an incredible recipe!
