No Oven Cheese Manakish | Quick And Easy

I saw this recipe this morning and realized I have all the ingredients needed in my pantry so I gave it a try. I just tweaked it a little bit by adding shredded leftover roast chicken, slices of onion and red pepper and scallion and LOTS of mozzarella to make it a substantial dinner (though I guess I strayed too far from the traditional manakish!😂) My husband loved it and ask that I make more and keep them in the freezer so he can have it anytime! 😀 Thanks so much for an incredible recipe!

I think you shouldn’t be afraid of moving far away from the original. Just taking what you have at home and making new meals out of it is the best way of cooking!
