@Chance in Life. Since I started to following Heather, I decided to stop drink anything except water. Also, I eat very good food; mostly fruits and vegetables. I never ever drink alcohol as the same time never use any drugs. In general, I never use anything that influence my body.

I love your workouts!! I had a heart procedure and these are great for getting my heart rate up and back down in between. I can modify all your movements easily as needed to keep me in my desired HR zone which is a big help. Thanks for keeping me moving ☺️ 🙌
