OH LORD! The amount of sweat that’s dripping from my face is unbelievable. I cant’t believe this a free workout program. Heather you are just incredible! I love love love your workouts; every time I end one, I’m saturated in sweat and it feels so good!! Thank you!! 💗

Love your workouts, perfect for 47 me working towards wearing 100% of her wardrobe again- 20 pounds to go! Love the no-repeats, no talk, inserts for anticipation...maybe add a bar showing time done and time left for extra-motivation?

I love Heather Robertson's workouts, this one is my fav. I love that she doesn't do repeats and talk during the workouts. She the best. Oh, do I sweat. I'm 75 and a few I can't do with both arms and legs, but I do them just adjust. Thanks.

I never miss even a single workout of Heather and I see a huge result on my body. She always inspire me and never get tired to follow her workout. I am 6’3” and I was 200lb now I weigh 176lb and very athletic body with fat percentage 8%. Thank you 🙏 Heather.

@Chance in Life. Since I started to following Heather, I decided to stop drink anything except water. Also, I eat very good food; mostly fruits and vegetables. I never ever drink alcohol as the same time never use any drugs. In general, I never use anything that influence my body.

This is one of my favorites! It is a go-to for me when I don't know what I want to work out that day. The day can seem to get away from me sometimes, but doing these videos to start my day has been keeping me focused and productive. Thank you!

I love your workouts!! I had a heart procedure and these are great for getting my heart rate up and back down in between. I can modify all your movements easily as needed to keep me in my desired HR zone which is a big help. Thanks for keeping me moving ☺️ 🙌
