Red dates mochi slices - Healthy snack - No sugar just natural sweetness from dates
Ingredients
160g glutinous rice flour
80g red dates ( +- as you like )
Coconut milk
Banana leaf (optional)
Cut red dates into small pieces. Mix with glutinous rice flour n coconut milk until a dough is form. Roll into a log first n then into a rectangular shape. Cut into sections. Top each seaction with red date halves. Steam for 25 minutes.

Around 180ml (+-) mix until a dough is form like in the video.
