Hi, sunny. I try to focus on something that remains unchanged in every time, every space,in my every mood, I try to sense that, only in the light or presence of that thing all other psychological and physical things seem possible. I learnt it from one of your videos. I have found some life changing experience, about our true identify. But I can not sustain that stage. It feels like I realized my way back to home, but I can't stay in my home for long. What all I'm saying are real? I mean am I doing it correctly? Because when I ask who is thinking that I'm doing it correctly or not.. I found complete silence, I go asking again & again and I found something is there that is not changing but without it nothing can be made or think. Am I doing it right?

Through these meditations, I am discovering a dimension in me that is beyond thought. It feels like actual reality that is here and now, and which is not limited to or defined by my thoughts, past or any narrative. Transformational. i was fully involved in painful thought before the meditation, but afterwards those same thoughts had much less power and create a lot less fear. Really helps see things from a truer perspective. Thanks for the great meditation! 😌

Beautiful. Sunny has a very simple, direct and experiential approach, often missing in the advaita scene. Getting unglued from the hypnosis of mind is not easy, one has to be very patient and persistent.

At the stage that I'm at right now I believe its possible to observe your non-Self as the Self, while going through your day-to-day activities/tasks. Hope that helps!

Sunny it is incredibly fascinating to see someone explain this complex teaching so easy and explain complex happenings in such an easy way. Once the attention collapsed I realized how hard it is to explain that you basically have to look for nothing in order to find what already is. It is like living with a filter on, once you take it off everything literally remains the same but you somehow are nowhere to find in the experience, 🌟you just are🌟 it is literally what the sentence says, just being even thinking is just happening. And you are the thinker and you are doing everything but yet you are not attached to it. It's a very funny contradictory experience 🦧..yet it is incredibly beautiful and satisfying since you finally remain peaceful🌞 Don't try to hard and not to less but stay on the path. The dedication will surely lead you to the right realization❤

It feels i can't do it. I'm / my focus / is always autmtcly on the area where everything comes and goes. And between there in that area i feel im stuck somewhere, and that feels like me. I have no idea where is the real self. How be it.. only what i know is that im now not my real self. because im stuck in a place where things comes and goes and im wept in that. i know something is seeing this, but to go to there, i cant find a way to do that/ be that. follow your advice to meditatie everyday and still doing that, hope one day the recognision will be there

One sect of Tibetan Buddhism says that in meditation all one does is notice mind at rest and mind in movement. You seem to be pointing in the same direction. Do you agree?

after a long time doing self enquiry i notice that i don't identify with my body anymore. the thoughts , crazy anxious body feelings , constant shortness of breath. i notice i tried to disidentify like you learned but i don't feel this is completely right. i developed a bit of depersonalization, derealisation. and i notice i feel much better when i stay in the body. if you would enlighten me further on this matter it would be great. because i know there are many many more like me that feel this and are confused.
