Ugh I was doing this daily on my hospital night shift then people ruined it by coming into the space I did it in. I don't have many spaces to go and now some guy comes to take a crap same time I take my breaks and coworker has the locker room at his break. Diff time. I just use these vids now at home for a quick nap or in my car

I've been practicing with you for 10 months now - today I had a new experience. At some point I started to feel a buzzing, tingling, energy flowing through my whole body and this sensation just stayed with me and kept energizing me. I'm still feeling all invigorated and happy right now. : ) I love nadhi shodhana and the focus that this session put on it. Thank you so much, Ally, you are a gift. ❤️

I absolutely LOVE every single one of your Yoga Nidra meditations. I really don’t have adequate words to express my gratitude and appreciation- it feels so clear to me that you do this from a place of giving and love, which comes through in every recording and I believe contributes substantially to making your work truly transformative. As a teacher myself, of what many of my students have called “interpersonal mindfulness” and reported as life changing, I know nothing means more to me than to hear that someone’s life is just a bit better as a result of my work. I have MS. I've practiced yoga for years to manage my symptoms, but came to yoga nidra only a few months ago after reading about it. Yours was the page that came up when I first searched and I've been practicing several times a week since, always with you. Your voice is so calming. My nervous system is always overstimulated with signals getting crossed and too many pain signals to process. This is the first thing I've found that actually can calm all of it and make me able to FEEL my whole body! I struggle to be totally 'in' my body, but these yoga nidra practices help me to do just that. It's exactly what I've been looking for forever. Thank you so much for sharing your peace with the world. ❤️ You are a gift.

Wow, something in your energy today was slightly different, difficult to put it into words.. but it helped me so much to stay with and in my body and each little part of it.. 🙏 I do your nidra’s 3 times a day now since 1,5 years now, and I could somehow feel more energy / confident focus in your energy.. I don’t know.. maybe you recognize it.. I loved it ❤️ I was floating and could feel so much love.. my sankalpa I am working with is: I am calm, peaceful, healthy, loving and free. I am coping with long covid for over 2 years now, it’s hard but your nidra’s help me so much to feel confident that I will overcome this and to feel love and peace in my hart mind body and soul. I often struggle with insomnia. This particular nsdr practice saves my day when I don’t get enough sleep at night. I feel so invigorated afterwards. It’s been a year I’m practicing this a few days a week. I’m so grateful I found you.

I suffered a TBI in a motorcycle accident a year ago. I just started a new round of doctors. Telling one of the doctors about temper fits he recommended Yoga Nidra. I found you through the Hubberman Lab and in a short time I am already seeing improvements. Thank you

This was the perfect duration for me today - so peaceful. I found the switched nasal breathing very interesting to try and did sense it some. Very peaceful. As ever Ally, your voice was so wonderfully calming. 🙏

I’ve been trying this for 2 weeks, random times like before bed, after work, in the morning (if I’m exhausted) and I can’t describe how I forget that I’m trying to rest every time until she says “begin to notice that it’s over!” And I’m amazed every time, I love this so much

New to Yoga Nidra, it has been the best meditation for me so far. I have experienced extreme panic attacks and trauma through out my life. I have had therapy and meditation ed but this particular type of meditation is been something Different. The difference side nose breathing was amazing. Thank you for sharing your self. ❤

I heard Chris Evans talking about you on Virgin Radio a few days ago - maybe, Wednesday. That evening I played one of your sleep sessions and in the morning I woke early so I listened to this one and that day I finally felt awake, alert and able to cope with life again after being unwell with Covid! I’m a trainee teacher and all week I’d been feeling exhausted and doubting whether I could cope with standing up in front of a class of teenagers. Well thanks to you I did it that morning and felt mentally resilient and in contol. Thank you! I’m now trying to practice every morning.

Thank you, Ali. Today, I am fasting and found myself heightened and in a keto state, so I did not fall asleep like I did on Monday when I tried to listen to this video. It was actually really great and rewardful. I feel more relaxed and aware of my body, I also feel rested. There is a pressure in my stomach from hunger and salivation though that is normal. I do this monthly to help my body maintain its balance and health. I felt a sense of sadness when you lead the consciousness of the hands though that may be a personal thing I am going through though still interesting. Thank you for your time and efforts they are much appreciated and respected. May you go well and enjoy your day and week(end). Namaste 🙏

I am doing yoga nidra since my first pregnancy two years ago and it really helps me to fallus asleep faster, relax during the day and get some rest when adrenaline levels are too high. This is one of my favourite sessions. Thanks for sharing this.

Ally, good day to you. I did very much enjoy this yoga nidra practice. Some days the shorter practice is helpful. My favorite breathing exercise you lead was where I allowed that I could breath in through my right palm, traveling up my arm directly into my heart. I pause for a moment then exhale through my left arm and out my palm. The next breath began from the left palm through my arm directly to my heart, pausing then exhaling down my right arm and out of the right palm. This practice felt so grounding and healing to my heart and nervous system. I sometimes us it when I have been triggered by a life event and need to center myself in my heart. Thank you ☺️ 🙏

I am very much enjoying doing this when I get home from work. My only suggestion is if you could use pictures or descriptive titles that differ more, it would be easier to tell which ones I particularly liked and wanted to do again. They’re all so similar, I have no idea which one is which in my playlist any longer…. 😊

I so so appreciate your U tube yoga Nidra practice. I live in NZ in one of the areas severely impacted by cyclone Gabrielle. We were without connectivity for several days when I really needed to relax. So good to have Internet again and join you. Thank you Ally.

I love this so much. When I feel depleted , this practice is almost magical in its power to restore a relaxed energy. The background music is especially helpful. Thank you deeply.
