Pan jest the best! Mi się wydaje że opanowalem technikę a kijeczki podczas odbicia uciekają mi na boki albo jest uślizg 🤷 chodzę glównie po nawierzchniach twardych... Stopki ścierają się po 8 km!

Dziękuję. Być może będzie okazja spotkać się na jakiś warsztatach. Proszę spróbować podnosić kije wyżej i zamknąć wszystkie palce na rękojeści kija. That's a bit extreme but there are not many exercises you can do every day from a starting point of completely unfit couch potato. Even plain walking every day for an hour is difficult if you are unfit because it puts quite a strain on the legs. By taking a percentage of load off the legs each stride it will enable you to do it every day without having to wait for tendons and ligaments to adjust. Try it every day for a month and see for yourself.

Hej, tak, można. najchętniej po tartanie bo dobrze amortyzuje. Asfalt i beton też ale tu już trudniej będzie zaprzeć się na kijach i obciążenia na stawy też większe. pozdrawiam.
