I love your guys content. Thankful to have folks like you so I can show my family these videos and then collectively make a decision where we want to venture next.

Thanks Ross! It sure is a wild and crazy country out there. If you haven't been to the Southwest/Great bBasin we highly recommend you check it out. Most of the time we are so fish crazy that a lot of the normal adventuring/exploring stuff gets set aside for river recon, but on this particular leg of the trip we decided to put he fly rods down for a week and just focus on exploring the parks. We'd forgotten how rewarding it can be to get up at 4 AM with the sole purpose of watching the sunrise from a great vantage point. Unreal landscapes...

Its an amazing country. Nice glimpse. Plenty in every direction. The road less traveled is the best and the journey is the destination.

Beautiful and educational but may I innocently ask is fishing pressure really the problem in the North Maine Woods?

Love it guys! Hope you got some great fly fishing in! My 2 year old loves to watch along as well!

Thanks Curtis. This leg of the trip was really about putting the rods down and giving an area we'd never been before our full attention. It was kinda nice to be honest. Being fly fishing media producers, or whatever you want to call us, there's a lot of pressure to fish hard, catch fish, and get it all on camera. It was super cool to just be sight seers (with cameras obviously) for a change. But fret not, the third entry in this series is all about Yellowstone, and we did a whole bunch of fishing while we were there ;)

Tight Loops totally agree, you can definitely wear yourself out doing anything to much and spoil the fun and adventurous side of it. Glad you all got to break away and enjoy. And I know it's late but having just found you all congrats on your engagement! Maybe one day I'll run across you all in NC and buy you both a beer! If you're ever around Raleigh you have friends here!

Another gorgeous video! And wait for that hour I'm putting aside for longer piece.
@TightLoops6 жыл бұрын
Thanks! might be a while for a longer piece, but we've got some more 5-10 minute ones coming. The problem with the long ones is that we always feel the need to better ourselves with each one. As you can imagine, that means every one needs to get bigger/more complicated/ more time consuming etc etc. We appreciate you stickin around and watching though, it means a lot!

Tight Loops my errant typing! Meant I am WAITING for a spare hour so I can sit back and enjoy the longer video you already cut. We already know the new ones will be well worth the wait. Cheers

Great video. It would be great if you left text up a bit longer in future videos.

Thanks for the feedback Rochelle! I know it's a little kick and hard to read, but its really an aesthetic choice. This isn't a straight forward educational piece, more of a tone poem. The fact that the text is there at all is just to help add the feeling of this being a visual "diary" of sorts. As if we are taking notes on the flora and fauna.
