This is the content I love. I’m in my 50’s and dealing with health issues which I found shocking as I really take care of myself. Age plus health issues and working in cancer hospital really make you reflect on the foolishness of life and what is sold to us as “happiness”. When young it’s dating, getting laid, money, working out, sports, video games etc. none of these matter when confronted with death. When I found out about health issues it made me reflect on endless hours I spend on stocks, crypto and the things that are time wasters. Doing my best to increase spirituality, focusing on health, being a good person, service to others. If shit hits you health wise nobody gonna care how much Bitcoin you have. Your belongings sold, your lay count or muscles won’t help you. Find inner peace, fix your relationship with God and those around you, love and forgive yourself. Big thing to me as well is staying clear of toxic and negative people and people who are continually pursuing superficial and things of the world

I recommend reading "Happiness is a Serious Problem". Great book! Also, don't seek happiness, seek a meaningful life and you'll probably end up happy as a by-product.

Will join bulldog mindset for 2025! 97 usd p/m is fair and its a good new years resolution. I spent more on wireless erbuds and parfum. I need mostly help with my KZbin channel and personal brand/relocation biz. I need a better exit or escape plan. Hate my 9 to 5 corporate environment and wokring for some else with the same IQ. Dating/fitness are fixed. Only on the location independent money part and escaping my 9/5 i struggle.

wrong. u achieve happiness by accumulating little pleasures, u have to work for it. but its also true the older u get the more disappointed u r in life, if not sooner then the time u get terminally ill or u cant breathe before death. one of greatest goals of life u could have is to fight this disappointment and be enthusiastic all ur life as u were when u were young. then ultimate goal is living eternally of course.
