I agree with the previous comment regarding missing players and bare bones in midfield. Yes this seems like a game we can win but also we haven't quite got going at home yet so expectations can be a bit over the top. A draw wouldn't be a disaster but hoping for a narrow win.

IF it's the case that MGW, Anderson and Jota are missing ( and JWP, and Danilo & Sangare too of course) then we are really down to the bare bones, and I think a Win might be beyond us !! If 2 of those 3 players are fit, then I expect us to win. I've never liked West Ham - still irks me that they never had to find £400m to build a new stadium (unlike Arsenal and Spurs) - that Olympic stadium was built for Athletics and Lord Coe and others said it would NOT be used for Football. I believe that West Ham pay £5m a year to rent it.....and they now get 60,000 every home game - what a deal !!!! SO, yep, I really hope we win.

Progress for me will be if we get a few point this season against Spurs, no matter which Spurs side turns up. Only cartel 6 side we haven't got any point off since we got promoted. Think we can really take advantage of their high line. Plus my two best mates are Spurs fans so it's time to give them back some pain. Even better if we finish ahead of them than UTD.

Am annoyed that I'll miss the SPurs game on Boxing Day -as I hate them still from the 1991 FA Cup Final !!! - and a win in the league would be sweeeet. We did beat them in the League CUp though in 2022 !!!
