Your beginner abs and post partum workouts helped immensely after pregnancy. Graduated to not requiring as much modification now and can do a lot more moves from all your ab videos. Love this new one, particularly enjoyed the music. I recommend you to all my mom friends with DR.

Really love all of your workouts here! I did your 30 minute pregnancy workout all the way until the last day! It kept me in shape throughout the last two semesters. And now with a 7 month baby, I find this 10-minute workout series, and hear how you have three kids under 5 -- it is just so encouraging that it is possible to stay in shape even after kids, and you make it easy for us with those power workouts! If you are feeling this workout in your neck I would recommend focusing on keeping your chin out of your chest to protect your neck!

Hey Lindsey how many days a week do you recommend ab workouts to see some results along with of course nutrition... I also want to say that I really enjoyed the choice of music today.. and I enjoy you explaining all the reasons for the exercises I really enjoy you as a influencer your intelligence and your knowledge of what it's working and why it's important explaining everything is so helpful to me and I really appreciate you as a mom as well I'm a mom and I like your workouts cuz they are challenging but they're not too crazy and and the length of time and you're fabulous...
