So unfortunately when we left Illinois, we ended up throwing it away because it was too far gone after using it for a few months at the RV park. The water was realllllllly irony. We did get a new one (different company this time) but we have no complaints with the NP Global softener!

So regen wouldn’t even clean it?

The iron stained it. Regardless of how often we regened the softener (which was basically weekly) it still stained the inside.

Which brand are you trying now?

Super easy install. BUT no instructions ANYWHERE on how to regenerate it. SO, just have to make up my own and a Video then someone will know how to do it. BUT thats what I get for buying cheap and chinese

We have regenerated it twice now as the water here is the hardest I’ve ever seen. Unfortunately timing didn’t work out to record it. We plan to make a video of this in a couple weeks.
