Professor Lando! The reason why the peace sign goes along the ahegao is that japan has a generation of girls that whenever they took a photo would do a double peace sign because they consider it to be cute. So the whole concept of Double V in ahegao happens when the "bull" takes a picture of the girl as a trophy and the girl instinctively poses. I believe it is supposed to have a contrast between the impurity of the defilement, and the innocence that once was there. An equivalent in the USA would be something like saying "cheese!" when taking pictures. I also recall that you can hear in some media that Japan uses Peace instead of Cheese.

NTR is a Dutch public-service broadcaster, supplying television and radio programming of an informational, educational, and cultural nature to the national public broadcasting system, Nederlandse Publieke Omroep (NPO).
