By some twisted irony, ALL people who had anything to do with creation of this track called "Life" are currently dead: Proof - mc Dilla - beatmaker Miles Davis - a piano sample from his iconic joint KIND OF BLUE was used by Dilla Bill Evans - pianist that performed the music from said sample Not to mention Xxxtentacion, who used this beat in his song. Pull your head out of your ass and look past the BET channel. So sick of this "self-loathing hip-hop fan" bullshit! Hip-hop goes on without the approval of the Drakes, Minajs, and Flockas. Shitty, self-involved, rap has existed long before the modern genre. Find a way to look past it, cause the weather is great down here.
@VeganStrong9 жыл бұрын
Miles Davis i don't watch tv or listen to the radio, but you're dead ass worng, either way. what shitty, self-involved rap existed before the modern influx? when i did watch tv back in the 80s and 90s, mainstream rap did not have nearly as much bullshit as today, if any.. a fuckin' migos and young thug couldn't survive in the golden era.. it's not bullshit; it's truth. southern rap was laughed at back in the day when they tried this shit and no one considered them real rappers, until outkast, ugk, pastor troy, no limit, etc, came with the real shit.. even our so called shitty, self-involved rap, i.e. kris kross, vanilla ice, etc, was better than the trash nowadays.. check your tape deck.. if it's 80% 80s, 90s and early 2000s rappers, then you have no argument

Vegan Strong we need to get hip hop out of the underground but still keep it non-commercial so that the rest of the world can hear this, because there are lots of messages in this kind of music which could help the world create a better environment for everybody who live's with struggles and other problemas. (
@2buckets39 жыл бұрын
I agree with you even though I was 7 rap back then was a lot better
@Zmloys9 жыл бұрын
DaliqGFX couldnt agree more with you. the radio is contaminated is artists painting negative pictures. this gives rappers and hip hop a negative stigma. artists as such have a much deeper message when you read between the lines. came across this comment while listening to a oddisee-proppa mix. we need to show the public that hiphop can spread positivity within a community and even society in general. P.S. your comment is exactly what i was thinking while listening to a mix of these non-commercial/underground artists so i had to reply and let you know that youre right on. real recognize real
