Twitter is a Privately Owned Public Square which can influence elections in individual nations. Jack Dorsey himself admits to a likely left-wing bias, and there exist unconstitutional politicies on hate-speech and suchlike, with at least one term of service using objectively ideological definitions, allowing for the political disenfranchisement of a 100% law-abiding US citizen or political candidate. Sentimentally I agree, but it's a little naive.

Private entities such as Twitter are free to censor whatever kind of speech they like. I'm not denying Twitter and other sites like it have an (often toxic) influence on elections and public policies, but it's not unconstitutional for them to censor hate speech or any other kind of speech they choose to, as they are not a public entity.

Same thing happened to Barbara Streisand when she sued to try to keep pictures of the outside of her house from appearing on the internet - result of the lawsuit was to make people aware and look up the pictures. Had she done nothing, the wider public would have little knowledge or interest in it. Nunes suit just shined a light telling people the best method of getting into his head and having a laugh at him. Even if he had a chance in hell to win, that money would never restore his reputation.

As much as the Nunes part of the video is great, my personal favorite would still have to be Conway's burn. Not only did he sent the freaking POTUS a tweet (which he will HAVE to see, unlike a message Stephen sends to Trump through the Late Show) where he calls him a narcissist, he even sent him a document explaning how you recognize one, and pretty much all of those points checks out.
