Good one.. Would try this in the summers. Kindly tell why did you use soak water of poppy and melon seeds. And what if we dont strain the mixture and mix it with the milk instead.

Thank you for sharing this and uncle is sweet. 😊 Nonetheless I have an important question to ask: I have been hearing that eating almond with skin is not helpful since skin contains tannin that prevents the absorption of nutrients. However you said in the video that you should be eating with skins. Completely confused now. :(
