Prepare a diet cake with oatmeal, berries and nuts. It's so delicious and flavorful!
Ingredients:
1 cup or 130 g oatmeal.
1 cup of hot water.
Mix well.
Leave to rest for 10 minutes for the oatmeal to swell.
After 10 minutes.
2 eggs.
1 pack or 120 g natural yoghurt.
Mix well.
3 tablespoons erythritol sweetener
3 tbsp melted butter.
You can use coconut or olive oil.
1 cup walnuts.
Chop with a knife.
a pinch of salt.
1 tbsp baking powder.
3 tablespoons coconut or almond flour
1 tsp vanilla essence.
Mix well.
1 glass of berries.
I have blueberries.
Mix gently.
Grease a casserole dish with butter or vegetable oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40-45 minutes.
That's all.
Such a flavorful and delicious cake.
