Objectionable Airports on the VFR Sectional

I've seen open circle symbols that are not marked "objectionable;" there are 3 on the sectional used in this video. I suppose those are airports that are not approved but are also not objectionable. The objectionable airport seems to be on the approach path for the west-east runway at St. Clair Co.

No longer shown on Foreflight...sectional doesn’t show airstrip (Johnson), but it’s nicely shown on aerial map...

Where you see the word "OBJECTIONABLE" there is most likely going to be an airport, or at least something that looks like it may have been an airport. Use caution, since the usage and status of these airports is unknown.

If you look on Google Maps, satellite view, you'll see that it's a grass strip (you can also see an ultralight parked there). Looks to be a private strip at someone's house. Maybe that has something to do with the "Objectional" designation...? Either being grass, or private, or both?

Possibly. It took me quite a while to track down the FAA definition and it wasn't extremely clear at that. There are many grass strips that are marked on the sectional, I think it just has to do with the proximity to controlled airspace of another airport.
