Come join me on the beach for this 30 minute gentle Yin Yoga practice where we will explore 2-3 minute holds of some familiar yoga poses, no props needed. We'll get a little bit of everything as we spend some time in poses that touch on elements of back bending, forward folding, twisting as well as some shoulder, chest and hip openers. We'll turn an eye to our breath and settle in to let gravity and time take us deeper into the postures. No props are needed, but feel free to use any amount of support in any of the poses as you may feel appropriate for you today.
