Your walking workouts have improved a lot from your older ones. The music you are using now has a more continuous, faster, upbeat rhythm that is needed to get a strong marching movement going. And an added 2kg walking weight gives an extra boost. Thank you, Olivia.

Did not want to workout today but found this one where 8 months ago I said I love the soundtrack! So I showed up!! Got a little more calories burned this time too! I love all of your walking workouts, Olivia! This top looks fantastic on you. Don’t know if i mentioned it or not previously but I love the room’s new look. It’s so aesthetically pleasing. As a long time fan, i agree with another commenter - your videos keep getting better and better. I do go back and do older ones depending on how much time or what I’m looking for and the transformation is 🔥!

Happy New Year Olivia! I have to say that I really enjoyed this workout because it reminded me of some of your older 2021-2022 walking workouts. I'll be honest: I was not a fan and stopped doing the 2023 newer combination walking exercises. Nonetheless, I kept checking your newly posted workouts to see if any of them ignited my interest. ❤️❤️🚶♀️💃🤩🤩

Thanks for your honest feedback. I think the only difference that was made was creating workouts that were to the beat. I’ve had a lot of complaints re the older workouts not being to the beat. Xx

As my arms are quite weak right now, this was pretty intensive for me! Good workout! But again, could you please be more careful to align the previews with the actual movements? They always throw me off guard when they are misaligned as I like to mirror what you are doing.
