You are so graceful getting on and off the reformer. I’m grateful you carefully explain the placement of your hands and feet. It is helpful switching sides stepping on the reformer. I notice I am right legged as well as right handed. My goal is to practice making my weaker side stronger so my muscles are more balanced to protect myself from injury.

Hi Rex - thanks for watching - and you are so right - the control you use to get on (and off) the Reformer will set you up for success. The Reformer also helps you notice that getting on from each side can be a very different experience. I like to use getting on the Reformer from the left side as getting in and out of the car - LOL And yes balanced muscle engagement helps to prevent injury - couldn't have said it better myself.
