How do you reconcile that with Jesus first miracle where he turned water to wine? And the host said you saved the best for last… Or how about the drink at the last supper? Legalism, absolute, has no place in the Christian’s life outside of Jesus. He spoke about food (and by way drink) not being a stumbling block. You don’t offer it to an alcoholic, but if someone has no issue with it, who are you to say otherwise, that’s not walking in love? That makes you the judge, not God, and my friend that’s an incredibly slippery slope. I’d encourage you to think on your position here…

I do not any longer. Old covenant to new covenant. Law of love. John 13:34-35 is a good reference. Not to mention we all wear cloths of mixed fabrics so that would be just one thing against the old covenant law hahaha. The new covenant scripture does refer to the old covenant scripture as good for teaching and training. But literally thank God the Father that we are saved by King Jesus though His blood and the law of love. If we go against the 10 commandments per se we are going against love. Love of Christ is the measuring stick. Believe in Him and you shall be saved. We no longer have yearly atonement for sin as the Israelites did under the law. Jesus our last high priest and perfect lamb sacrifice finished it all.
