This all looks amazing. I am not vegan but I try to to eat less animal products overall and what i love about you as opposed to other vegan youtubers is that you don't use "weird" or hard to find ingredients. Your recepies are easy to do with products that are easily accessible. Lots of love from France!! x

A tip is to throw in some lentils, chickpeas or tofu in these recipes. They seem really tasty and yummy, but they also lack a lot of much needed protein. Just a friendly heads up for someone just starting veganism.
@mikebonnell3160
@mikebonnell3160 5 жыл бұрын
Chickpeas in one or two of those recipes. Lentils too. That being said, I'd not freak out about the protein. I'm an ultramarathoner, and have never had any issues due to lack of proteins. In fact, in all my life, I've never met anybody that was protein deficient. Have you? Cheers! And good on you for your nutritional/lifestyle choice.

There are already protein sources in all of these. Yes, legumes and soy are the most well-known, but there's protein in nuts and grains, and even some veggies as well! Maybe other than the soup.

This may be little odd but i want to share something with you. I became vegan little over 2 months ago, And you started my journey in a way. I came across your channel for your no-poo videos. I binge watched that playlist as i was interested in it at the time. After watching them i looked at your other video's you post and noticed the vegan recipes, i got to liking you so i subscribed and started to watch the recipes, although i enjoyed them i had no intentions of going vegan. However after a little while i found myself searching youtube for vegan what i eat in a day videos. This snowballed into me searching about veganism and here i am today, a vegan and loving it! So i want to thank you & Alex because if i hadn't come across your channel (and your and alex's vlog channel) or if stopped watching you after the no poo videos then i may well still be an omni today. x
