Welcome to the 4 class of this Beginners Lower Back Course. 30 min. a day to help ease your pain and stiffness away. Each class gently opens and aligns the body in different ways bringing greater awareness, clarity of movement, understanding and flexibility. The course consists of 5 practices to be done sequentially (A, B, C, D & E) and then repeated for as long as enjoyed and/or needed. This is Class D and I'll be posting the last one tomorrow.
