Madfit's dance workouts are amazing! I hated cardio and was convinced that I should be running, but then I stumbled across her channel, and BOOM. I've never sweated for ANY workout as much as her dance workouts!

I just started doing these! i have a whole youtube playlist dedicated to dance workouts. I was trying to exercise but I can't get motivated enough and I didnt think what I was doing before worked for me. I used to dance so I figured this would work

Around the same amount , you should try doing it multiple times when you get used to it to burn more!

On a second thought, you might burn less calorie if you're too accustomed to the work out because your heart beats slower. So, depends on how you do it.

Madfit is okay but after this week i really enjoy fitness marshall's videos. I went from 20mins with Madfit to dancing 3 hours straight with Marshall's. Every video made me sweat and forces you to put everything into it which made me feel great. I think Mylee dance is 2nd best for me for a good workout, the dancers make it look effortless but it gets your heart rate up and sweaty.

I don't think so but you can look up exercise you can do so you can be taller or smaller. Idk if that made sense.

I did chloe ting workouts for an entire month, and I hated working out, it felt like a chore. When I started doing madfit workouts I started loosing weight like crazy and started to enjoy and crave working out. Do what you enjoy!! As long as it gets your heart rate up it’s still a workout !!
