I just did parts 1 & 2 and they are SO FUN! The music was spot on, so much nostalgia 😂 I normally do your strength trainings but these might be my new favorites!

I have been working out here for a few months now and I must say the 15-20 minutes dance cardio workouts are my favorite. They are a lot of fun, I get a good heart rate, and it doesn't feel like exercise!

I made it to dance party day 3 in a row! 🥳 I enjoyed the choreography of this one even more than part 1 😁 Although I had much less energy today than yesterday 😂 But I also had fun, which was the goal. Thank you so much, Maddie! ❤️ And congrats again on 8M!

Okay, so I started this workout, one of my first attempts at one of your workouts since my kid was born, and barely made it through Party Rock, grinning from ear to ear. My sweet kiddo came to see what I was doing, so I just danced with her through the rest of the songs. 😂 It was an absolute joy. Thank you for reminding me how much I love to move my body!

Thank you for all you do! I use your workouts all the time for myself but also teach Zumba. I took inspiration from a few of your moves for Super Bass and added my own, and introduced this song to my Zumba class this last week- SUCH a hit, they love it so much. As someone who only did dance from ages 5-8 I LOVE these videos! Always good music selections and moves I feel like I can do as someone who is clumsy and awkward (I grew 6 inches in middle school..:a LOT for a female 😂). Thank you for these fun dance workouts for quick cardio! Loved part 1 as well

I love these dance party workouts, they’ve really changed my exercise routine! I used to dread exercising, as I’d just walk/jog on the treadmill and be super bored and impatient. Now I do 30 minutes of Just Dance and 2 of the 15 minute dance parties, and I just love every second! I can’t thank you enough for these videos, they’ve finally helped me start looking forward to exercising every day! 🤍

Really love your dance workouts. I don't feel like it's a lot of work to exercise cause I have fun. Love that diff. Parts of the body is given focus in every move. Hope i'll finally get to lose some weight!
