Go watch them live, usually at the most brutal festivals they do acoustic versions of their heaviest songs like Demons, Deliverance, Ghost of Perdition etc.

The first time I saw them on the Heritage tour they did a substantial acoustic set. I walked through a snowstorm, spent my last money on the ticket, but it was totally worth it. The whole show was great, but how often do they play Patterns in the Ivy II and The Throat of Winter?

Wow. My god. So, my tastes in metal stop at Pantera and Lamb of God. I’ve heard of Opeth And for 20 years never bothered to give them an honest try. Today is that day. After this performance all I can say is wow. I’m floored by the musicianship and the unison of this band. So dark and haunting yet captivating. I regret not learning of these guys such a long time ago. The lyrics as well, they’re mysterious.

Its a bit of both. This is the place I go for my music, but it started as a comic book store on Newbury Street in Boston I believe, but it has 20+ locations now and is where 90% of my CD's where purchased.
