You ever do boxing for cardio? I found when I lifted heavy and did boxing it was like a lot of strain on my central nervous system and really I would rather just do push-ups, pull-ups, body weight squats and stuff like that and stay loose and flexible shadow boxing and hitting the heavy bags.

Nahh but I’ve done sparring, and yea if u do to much it will tax your body and ultimately drip your test levels two to three days a week of sprints is good enough and jump roping

I was low on energy so I went to the doctor I got blood work and my testosterone was low 178 and I'm 38. Since being on trt I feel so great
