A saviour! Found this when in hotel quarantine for 2 weeks and when at end of the first day, my back had painfully gone into spasm. True I couldn't complete all movements to form but, oh my goodness, even modified this routine was so very helpful. Thank you, Jillian!

This workout is crazy! The first 3 min looked easy peasy .. then .. BOMB! Jillian fires it up, I'd love to have her as my trainer, I'd be scared of her though. But results!

This is THE HARDEST workout I've ever attempted! Can't do most of these moves without modifying yet but this workout gives me a standard of BAD ASS to build towards. So happy I found this. I've been a Jillian Michaels girl for years, doing the 30 day shed, 6 week 6 pack, and many more. If anyone thinks her workouts are only for woman, think again!

Word of advice: don’t try this if you aren’t already in pretty good shape. A lot of these moves are super advanced. I had to modify just about every move and because of that don’t feel like I got the full effect of how intense this workout should be.

You can work your way up. Start slow, learn the form correctly very important, and it gets easier. This reminds me of Orange theory .. but amp up 20x :)) Love it!

You are right, I lost 25 lbs doing her workouts, the key however is to be very careful and not jump in and try to do the moves like her, but sticking with the modified version helps, i was surprised in no time , i was able to do her moves, i admit though, some are still challenging. It just takes time and practice and allowing your body to adjust to the changes. 🌹

I tried this workout and a few move unable to do. I have all the disc unfortunately my dvd play nolonger working. Time to purchase a new one restart the workout from the beginning,it been a month now. I love her workout is challenging and against myself.

u rock jillian! im a guy & i have either 12 or 14 of ur dvds & this program :) this was gonna be year i was gonna get ripped in time 4 summer but on march 23 i was taking a package of 7ups 2 my basement & fell down the stairs. i had a concussion & my brain was bleeding. i was in the hospital 4 four days & i had 2 get a shunt. but im ok now. my doctor said i couldnt workout 4 three months but now im doing them again :) i'll have 2 see him once a year 4 the next couple years & im not happy about it. but im back on it :)

it is insane. it's meant to be for the extremely advanced athlete. I have a ton of normal workouts for beginners to intermediate athletes. But yes this one is just for fun for crazy people.

First....Baby in the front is delish on the circuit 3....I’m not anywhere close to being able to do this I would have tapped out circuit one second excercise...but one day I will be able to do this...kudos to all those fit folks who beast mode thru this major props on keeping your fitness up...

Something to strive for! Notice even Jillian can only go so far... and she highlights such with her statement regarding the Crescent kicks. Although I'm a disabled Vet, I took pretty good care of myself until 4 years ago... gotta get back to being active. While I look like I'm in better shape than most, I feel horrible. It's rather demoralizing to be reduced from a person who can bust out more than 100 eight count body-builders, down to 0. Injuries keep me from doing many exercises, however, there's a lot to be said for basic calisthenics and being active on a daily basis; catering to injuries only serves to worsen the conditions.

Crazy, impossible workout. Mostly I enjoyed doing my simple mods from routine 3 and on and enjoyed listening to everyone groan, especially Jillian hating on everyone who suggested these moves. 😂 Great motivation while I was doing my basic moves.

For those who have not done this workout or any other workout from Jillian Michaels. I suggest you get some LIFE INSURANCE because when you workout with Jillian Michaels she is so tuff she be trying to kill you. 😅😅😅😅👏 But on a series note she is the best fitness coach.
