Chels I'm gonna be honest, we LOVE a clip at the end of these types of cleaning & organizing videos where you are just relaxed, showered, lit up a candle, drinking a cup of something, and chilling in peace. I know it's weird but we do love that. Give us our relaxed Chelsea.

Totally. Could make for a very high drama/intrigue themed video. Lol! Can you imagine?! A long, long time ago.. there was a TV Special hosted by a dude named Geraldo Rivera (sp?) where he opened a secret vault having something to do with Al Capone, I think? (Old school big time gangster.) Super high intensity suspense... I think it ended up being a complete Nothingburger. 😂 Anyway. I mean, here we have Chelsea's stuck cupboard door. It just begs to be showcased! 🤓🫴

My best organization tip is using an over the door shoe holder. It's just a bunch of little plastic pockets. I call it my travel station, where I keep all the crap I need when I have to get going. One pocket is all my extra cords (so I know where they are whether I'm travelling or not) one holds disposable razors, one has my airplane travel kit including an inflatable neck pillow and eye mask, etc etc. Works like a dream. I hang it on the back of a door that I almost never close so most of the time it's completely hidden. Also I can see at a glance if I need to refill anything for a trip and I almost never forget stuff. I think it could be used for almost anything, store kitchen stuff, small clothing if you don't want to deal with a dresser, whatever strikes your fancy. Highly recommend.

You know how when you buy jewelry, sometimes it comes in a cute little draw string pouch? I use those for my cords. Stick the whole cord in the pouch, have just the charging tip come out of the little draw string part, and done. For bigger cords like laptop chargers, I'll use the pouch from when you buy new sheets.

Everytime you mention the silent watchers I tell myself I should leave a comment and then I never do. So here it is. I'm a thirty-something living in Montreal, Canada. I've been watching your videos for a few years now. I was glad to finally find a KZbinr in their 30s without kids that I could really relate to and have fun watching. I love your authenticity and the fact that you are so honest about your imperfections. It makes me feel much more normal. Oooh, love an organising video... 😍 Thank you! My top tips! I use those 'shopping bags for life' for sorting washing. I keep those wire ties that come with 'stuff'. For tidying cables: make, then fasten a little loop of one end of the wire tie by wrapping a little bit of it round one end of a cable; wind the cable over and over a couple of fingers; then secure the bundle by wrapping the loose, free end of the tie around the bundle. I only have small storage spaces, so have found plastic, see-through shoe boxes really useful (they have lids so can be stacked) I found I had multiples of duplicate spices, so checked the expiry date, chose the oldest one to use first, and using a thick black marker, put a tick on the lid (of the one I'm using) if I had a second jar of same spice (which was then stored away). Any spice jars with no 'tick' tells me I only have the one. Use same idea when restocking. I use Mason jars for nuts, seeds, rice, etc. I write the expiry date on a piece of masking/paper tape (with the aforementioned black marker pen) and slap it on the jar: easy to see when stuff needs to be used up by. Ta dah! Still massively disorganised in so many other areas though... 😊

I love using velcro strips for any wire management. It keeps things so neat and doesn't leave sticky residue compared to tapes. Or having dividers inside each box (can be anything like recycled like box cutouts from cereals) so you each thing has its own room. Organizing related videos are my jam, loved the short yet sweet video!

I got a lot of organizer stuff from the home edit co. It’s half the price! Walmart and Target has the almost the same kind of choices!!I do like to get ideas from the container store but the stuff is double the price. They also have a large box with different containers at Costco and if you don’t like them, no questions asked, they just return anything! You can check on line for the dimensions too!

As a messy person who grew up in a messy home, and has been criticized for not being neat & tidy (mostly by neat-freaks), I have learned to be *a bit* tidier, but I no longer keep others in my life who criticize me for not being a neat-freak. I think there are *much more* important areas in life to be worried about. That said, yes your cleaning, purging, and organizing looks wonderful! Well done Chelsea I do a de clutter every year currently doing another atm. I never buy that much tupperware 2 for the freezer and 4 pack of smalls and reuse all of any takeaway recyclable containers instead of buying more I only toss them if they break. Dollar stores sometimes have larger bins if that is what you need or Ikea. I have as many bags as you if not more I am going to cut mine in half and give them away to people I know. I keep them in my trolley so I don't forget them as I cannot carry bags. They make them so nice in pattern these days so it's cool to have one.
