Awesome move tim. Everyone still talked about form. Strict perfect form. That killed me. I was still focusing where exactly my hand is, where leg is. Is my scapula down enough..Since I started just to move a bit everything gets better. You rock Tim!

It generally hinges around the kettlebell swing. Though I’m not sure that is what you’re really asking. Anything you do with it can be beneficial if done with consistency.
