This really helped my ongoing rehab after a serious displaced intracapsular femur fracture that prevented weight bearing for over 4 months. Other videos focus on strengthening and / or stretching the adductors but your routine really activates the muscles and gets them working better. I noticed a difference after just one session. Many thanks!

If on a run and my adductor muscles start hurting is that weak adductors? Why do adductors have to work whilst running? They are a big muscle but why when running in a straight line do they fatigue first? Is it another muscle fatiguing that suddenly puts load on them? Sorry if not ur area..im too cheap to see a specialist. Thanks will do this till doesnt flare up. Hasn't for awhile touch wood.

It could be that they are overworked or too tight. And it could be caused from an imbalance as you suggest where other muscles aren’t pulling their weight. But, ALL muscles work when you run, the body is whole. This movement may be a great help

Thank you so much! My habitual movements & exercise routinely neglect the adductors--& they are tight, stiff, & rather weak (as are my vastus medialis muscles). As I age, (not surprisingly) I find keeping leg muscle mass & strength to be increasingly difficult (& I have no weight-lifting equipment to target them). Calves are a real challenge, no matter how much plyometrics I might do.

So glad it’s helpful! You don’t necessarily need weightlifting equipment to grow mass. It can be helpful, but not necessary

I still miss the dramaturgic effect. No bumm, no firework??? I just kiddin' but it's like in your last week's video: sometimes a kegger is better than a six pack (for breathing demonstration), sometimes it let your move shown graceful - exactly super heavy weight beast modus!
@OriginalStrengthSystem6 жыл бұрын
OS is not about the fireworks. It’s about the strength that you dont hear and see coming. It’s a quite but unmistakable strength.
