i have FMA FC amps for comms/earpro and its amazing i loveeee the mounting on the rear rails alot more than the wires on the top arc because they tend to get in the way and not squeez as tight

Trained to kill? What ever happened to protect and serve? It's going to be a sad day when millions of citizens say that they have had enough, I suspect that cops will run to the hills loaded up with tens of thousands $$$$ of tax payer paid equipment to save themselves because of the damage they have done. MY servants, the ones I pay to do a job serve me. NOT a government. Cops have forgotten this.

11:10 so it always bothered me that Capt Price in 2019 MW had his quads pointed slightly up in the night missions. Now I understand why lol. Is that a common thing for NV users?

i think slade mentions it somewhat in one of his videos: kzbin.info/www/bejne/g4CUnKaKnqhqfs0

Awesome video. Will those bikini covers with the holes protect the tubes if they are stored with the caps on like that

@@ma.santiago89 They do not. That roughly 556 casing neck sized hole creates a second focal plane, which trades image brightness for the entire image being in focus. They are not protective caps or daytime caps.

I ditched L3 tubes for Photonis. Far superior for anything other than pitch black/extreme low light. If I'm working no moon, in the forest under cloud cover, the L3's will absolutely destroy the Photonis. But with any other conditions, especially urban settings with dim lights, cars, or if someone NA's me, a flashlight from someone other than the team fires etc. Photonis dominates. Its got a bad rap from the community because people want purchase justification after spending 1.5 to 2x the money or budget. Of course commercial Photonis tubes aren't always great. But LEO/Mil Spec are incredible. "BuT tHe Gainz" lol. Gen 2+ is a completely false label. Its gone way outside the original 2 decades old specs for generational designations. Built on gen 2 yes, but its now not even remotely classified as any generation. The technology that has been placed into them isn't described at all in the generational definitions. If you can find a set at 2500+ FOM with low EBI try them out in urban.. You'll shit. Bring wet wipes.

Yeah, be extra careful if you have PS31A's... they're high end performance but are not the most rugged NVG on the market. If you aren't careful, you will definitely break them (as I have).
@RunningWithSauce Жыл бұрын
I moved to Katanas (Vypers) absolutely rugged, probably the best in that regard.
