This is what happened to Zac Efron after he busted his front jaw. They had to brace his whole front mouth to heal properly, but that meant he ended up using his back jaw muscles exclusively for months. People thought it was surgery, because they refused to believe his simple explanation about excessively using his jaw changed his face.

The moral of this story is don't chew unless you also mew😁 I have one of these devices and I use it generally once a day for a few reps only. I also do the practice of "mewing" which is placing your tongue flat against the roof of your mouth and hold it there. It eventually becomes a natural way to rest your tongue and you do it automatically, even in your sleep. It helps to move your jaw into its proper resting position.

Yeah, take a look at L'il Kim. She was obviously told she wasn't pretty enough or talented enough and had to rely on her looks. Now, she looks like an evil, possessed China doll and she can't even sing anymore. She once played a show and in the middle of it, she started playing another person's song without singing and just danced through the entire thing. Sad and pathetic to say the least. All because she listened to people who didn't have her best interests in mind, just the money they could make off of her. Don't strive to be loved, you'll never reach the level you want and if you do, you didn't because 98% of the people around you are fake as hell looking to get theirs and will toss you aside the moment they know there's nothing left to gain.

I bought the jawzrsise because my right masseter was quite visibly weaker than my left. I used it religiously, and my face ended up looking really swollen, to the point that people seemed concerned. I eventually realized that my left masseter was really just hypertrophic, and I got a botox injection into it which resolved my tmj issues and much of my facial imbalance issues. I haven't used the Jawzersize since and never plan to. When I get too into my looks, I end up feeling like I am crushing my spirit, and which makes me lose the energy that really makes me attractive.

@@le0shadow If you think that being super self conscious, and visibly lacking real confidence is attractive, you have fallen WAY too far down the looksmaxing rabbit hole. @tommylandrix6070
@tommylandrix6070 3 жыл бұрын
@@talhaali1977 People who get botox for tmj issues often need to go back in for another injection every 6 months to year. I think my injection may last me forever however. I do feel some tension coming back, but I just super gently massage my neck and masseter (from the inside), and the tension is hardly noticeable. My issues originated before I even used the jawzrsize though - the jawzrsize just really exacerbated them.
@tommylandrix6070
@tommylandrix6070 3 жыл бұрын
@@talhaali1977 Ah yes. The tension was my main problem, which for me was bad enough that it caused some nerve issues across my face. My tension was pretty high up the masseter, so the surgeon injected the botox as high as he could safely (can't go that high because so many nerves come out of there). I definitely would reccomend the procedure, as long as you get it done by someone who really knows what they are doing. It's very simple and quick, but you wouldn't want done by someone who is a noob and could accidentally inject your arteries or pierce a nerve (though that's profoundly unlikely). It was quite miraculous how well it worked.

Shaolin monks lift tables with their teeth. There are plenty of things that can be labeled "unnatural" that people do. Bicep curls and the pec deck are "unnatural" to some. The body has a great way of making adjustments imposed demands over time. As long as the progress is gradual.

@@edie4321 It's not wise to treat everything as a disorder like psychiatrists love to do. At least I wouldn't stick to this labelling as fact because it's nothing more than a symptom stemming from insecurities. Insecurity is easier to digest as a problem waiting for a solution. Disorder as defined by Google's "Define:" function: "An illness that disrupts normal physical or mental functions.". Defined as if it's something separate from one's control. In other words it's not an illness because it's just an insecurity blowing sense of reality out of proportion. The power of the mind can easily be witnessed under the influence of psychedelics (a word of advice is not to do it if you're not sure what you're doing. Getting it close enough to right (subjective) is much more complicated than just surviving the experience without self-inflicted emotional harm).

That is physically impossible, you cannot just grow a bone where you need one. Mewing can help, but these jaw exercising devices do nothing but ruin your teeth. Specially the one this guy is using, the front teeth are designed to slice not exert great amounts of force like the molar teeth. This can really damage the alignment of your teeth and cause pain.

I stand to be corrected however it seems that even mewing is very limited in how and who it helps. It's mostly effective for younger prepubescent kids who's lower jaw hasn't receeded greatly. Mewing (or just proper tongue posture) seems to mostly be preventative. It doesn't seem to actually have much impact when it comes to reversing the effects of bad mouth posture.

an evil dentist lied to me, she took my first molar out, top left. and she couldn't close the gap at all. as a kid I lost my second molar bottom right... so i feel like I cannot balance my jaw at all, and it makes me grip my jaw really tight, sometimes it even hurts a bit, like muscles get tired. :(

this is a good attitude to cultivate but make sure it's not an excuse for laziness/gluttony. To love yourself means also to put effort into yourself even though your self esteem should not have its' foundation in your looks. Source: I'm a lazy/gluttonous person with excellent self esteem

@@communistcow2720 Dont say that bro. Confidence is an energy, not a look. For a long time I wouldnt get any women, then I realised that and all of a sudden women found me attractive. Love what you have, because you have it. If you accept and love what you have you carry that same energy when you meet people. Confidence, and therefore results, is an energy. Not a look Plus there are probably a few things that you could clean up a bit too. Nice haircut, pay attention to fashionable looks and get in the gym or start a sport. But this part is about balance. Dont pay attention to the way you look through ego, but through self respect. You wouldnt send your kid out of the door with a shit haircut, awful outfit and physically unhealthy, so why would you do the same to yourself? Respect yourself my man. And learn to love what you have. God bless my brother
