GREAT stuff! Its as if I was racing there yesterday . Loved that place. It was really rocking out there back in the mid 70's. The gravel staging lanes at times were 4-5 wide and long. Everyone was doing it. Trouble was, most of us back in those days were pretty averse to cameras and fortunately we didn't have to concern ourselves with what is a real waste of time, the phone because there weren't any.

At 3:30, was that the Big Animal on the return road? I miss Oswego so much, I ran Trophy with my Gremlin back then. RTE was a cool class, Run Tough Eliminator. Make your time runs, set your dial in ONCE, and that was it for the day. The track encouraged you to name the cars, I remember the Pinto in the video, Blazing Saddles. Remember Grapes of Wrath, Sweet Misery, Tighter and Tighter, Solid Rock, Incredible Hulk, Week-N-Der, Lackacash, Berwyn Dog, Dollar After Dollar, Vanishing Vega, Veni Vidi Vici, Limerick Trick, Lighthouse Express, Runnin' Bear, Stevie's Stripper...who can remember more?
