When Bruce is on, he does by far the best wrestling podcast there is. That quote, iwth the bear, that if there are honey on the outside of the trunks, there must be more under, and bears have long tounges.... Hilarous

I'm sorry to say all the fiend stuff i would fast forward through but early Bray Wyatt was great and I felt was never really given the run he should have. After that initial run though, like say past 2016, it was diminishing returns unfortunately. But no doubt a great talent that i feel COULD have been the next undertaker if Vince had been a little more behind him.

Bruce met Clyde!? Probably the greatest thing I’ve ever heard. ‘God damn Baboon, stealing my Oreos, crappping all over the place’ Interesting you say he wasn’t comfortable around big groups. Must have been interesting trying to settle him down to shoot the scenes when all the Black Widows pulled up at the lights on their motorbikes!

I can’t believe they haven’t covered Royal Rumble 2001. It’s the best Royal Rumble followed by the best No Way Out in 2001.
@palaceofwisdom9448 Жыл бұрын
The best Royal Rumble is 1992. Flair and Heenan combined to put on the greatest wrestling/commentary performance ever. It was also the most stacked roster in any Rumble match, partly since there was no world title match to take two main event guys out of it.
@thefilmeffect6089 Жыл бұрын
@@palaceofwisdom9448 I was talking about the entire show. The Rumble match at least has an argument as the best, but the show also had a great tag match for the titles with Edge and Christian vs. the Dudley Boyz. The Triple H vs. Kurt Angle title match is also excellent, but the Jericho and Benoit ladder match is one of the best in history. The only thing that keeps this from a perfect show is the Chyna and Ivory match, but that’s more for a storyline build to Mania. The Triple H and Austin feud throughout the night building to their 3 stages of hell match at No Way Out is also really good.

In New Hampshire in like the 2000s, I saw a wrestling goat at a local show. Also, come on Bruce, there is a difference between revealing things to a small group of people in a private room, like a commission, and going on nationally/internationally televised programming and talking into a camera about it.

Bruce taking credit for the Fiend. I believe him, y'all! we all knew when he began STW he was trying to get rehired, he was literally praying at night before bed. So basically, Bruce created Bray Wyatt. Ahyuk! Unbelievable the depths this carny will sink to. Smh.

Of all gimmicks that caused me to lose interest in Wrestling.. Brother Love. Guess like I am like Andre, love Bruce but hate Brother Love. When I tried to watch Wrestling again years later every wrestler had the same first name “The”. Except Tito Santana who was “El” . Tito Santana was over when I watched with out a gimmick. When more than 20% of wrestlers or personalities have an over the top Gimmick then all gimmicks are useless. I liked the subtle gimmick with a dash of over the top gimmicks performed by some of the best actors in the business but by 1990 it was childish
