Aww finally found something worth while in this mindless scrolling that im doing daily. Im also a resident doctor but quit. I decided i need to rest and pause. And up until now i still feel the stress and pressure. But somehow learning to calm my nervous system. Thankyou for this. No one understands us really. I feel a failure everyday. What's astonishing is how damaging people can be whom have no idea how debilitating burnout and ptsd can actually be making zero empathy remarks!

Insightful !! What do you believe are some top books on embracing challenges under uncertainty and stress to keep working without being stuck or discouraged.. how to keep spark alive when in tough situations..

I like reading autobiographies from people who have been through challenges. Two that come to mind are Nelson Mandela's 'long walk to freedom' and Dan Carter, 'The art of winning'. Highly recommend. I also found 'Letters from a Stoic' very helpful.
