That looks a bit like our daily breakfast😍 Instead of the expansive almonds here, I'm using online bought certified organic soy milk from a local farm. I hope, that's ok in your eyes? I don't do overnight soaking (I love biting on whole grain oats😊). I use 1/2 banana for sweetening my breakfast and add frozen garden berries. Thanks to this video, I finally know the right portion of oats for me. I always was unsure about the quantity. I enjoy and learn so much just watching your calming way of preparing and cooking, together with your exact informations. Thank you.💝 Best wishes for you🙏

Well, if your cast iron is well seasoned you can cook. But, make sure you remove from the pan as soon as cooking is over. Hope this helps.
