If you want some extra flavours here are my top 3. 1) Add a teaspoon of Raw Cacao powder (Chocolate) with some cut up pieces of cherry. I call that one "The Darkside" because it comes out a dark brown/red color. 2) Tablespoon of Organic Agave Nectar and some grated stem ginger. That goes really well with the Greek Yoghurt. 3) Chopped up Banana and mashed up Medjool dates and Pecans. That one I call Banoffee pie. All natural ingredients and no processed sugar. Enjoy Buff Dudes and Dudettes.

You guys! Add a scoop of natural peanut butter, mix it in with a spoon, and then the next morning cut up a banana and BOOM - super delicious.

Powdwred peanut butger is better and 3 drops of a banana extract and only half a banana that way you can really cut down on the calories

Those fats in the peanut butter will defeat the purpose though and really slow down digestion

Hi Stuart, you can absolutely use different flavors! Try mixing it up with Chocolate Whey & Bananas or Strawberry Whey with Strawberries. Lots of combinations.

Hi Milad, our average meal is between the 400-700 calorie range. Now, that's what works for us but of course if will vary depending on your metabolism, weight, etc. Personally we usually keep the protein a little higher and the carbs/fat a little lower due to our sensitivities to them, especially carbs. We usually kind of "carb crash" if we consume too much, so keeping it on the lower end helps us. But of course, results vary.

Great tip! I've used a variation of this for a while. only difference is i need some caffeine so i add a cup of coffee and a scoop of peanut butter then blend it to a shake. Tastes great and keeps me on track.

Hi Ge4rsofWar, we like to try a whole bunch of different protein brands out in order to mix it up a bit and keep them from becoming bland. I've got some Syntha 6 vanilla now I mix with my Greek Yogurt and I personally think it tastes great as well.

I made this last night, using chocolate orange whey. Ate it cold this morning after my workout and it was amazing. Added some blueberries and cinnamon as well. Think i'll start making this a staple for breakfast. Thanks for the great recipe dudes.

Love the yogurt addition--I do this and don't put it in the fridge overnight. Add some fresh grated ginger for an extra nutritional and taste punch.

I agree the texture and the flavor was "wet cement"...... I used peanut butter Quest protein powder, I did have to stir manually, MUCH better flavor and texture add a little grape nuts or fruit and its great. I tried the recipe as the do it and added a drizzle of honey it a lot tastier. Thanks Buff Dudes!

I tried it this morning (made it last night) w/ exception of my protein being extreme milk chocolate whey by Optimum Nutrition and added bananas and some sweet almond granolas in it. wow that was delicious and time saving in the morning. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work:)

I did some alterations and used a strawberry banana non fat greek yogurt and it was good. I am thinking of using coconut milk next.
