Thanks! You're so welcome. I have a high protein yogurt parfait that I'm going to be posting in the next day or so that uses sprouted buckwheat! Stay tuned :)

Don't tap the metal measuring cup on the rim of the glass jar because you can knock little chips of glass into the food. This applies to all glass and metal items you cook with.

Why do you need to avoid the choline in eggs? (I dont eat eggs/im plant based) - Choline is healthy?

That's false information... My family we live well into our 80s and 90s and healthy... And having eggs, steak, bacon/sausage fresh orange juice and coffee is a regular part of our diet. Every weekend there's waffles and/or pancakes as an add on... We have oats or some other kind of hot breakfast plus fruit. But, eggs, is certainly a mainstay and great source of protein for us.

Oh my gosh, that's not a "winter breakfast", in my humble opinion. My family needs more than that to get them going and ready for the day... How about a steak (sausage or bacon) eggs, grits, avocado slices with cinnamon toast. Fresh orange juice/water and a regular cup of coffee. But, I will have the buckwheat groats as a nice snack and/or as a replacement for a regular lunch.

I try not to microwave it to often, but I put that out there as the groats really tastes best warm, and I know a lot of people need ease, and microwaving is what a lot of people have access too and time for, so I like to meet people where they are. I typically pour into a small sauce pan and add a bit more coconut milk to warm it up, you can also put the jar into a pan of simmering water and heat it up that way.
