Sir, ask ko lang po qng anong impact sa Sec 120 ng payment for internet connection na ginagamit for communication abroad? Lalo na po sa panahon natin. Meron pa po bang companies na hindi internet ang ginagamit for overseas communication? Unlike po noong 1990's telepono talaga para maka tawag sa ibang bansa. Naisip ko lang po, parang hindi na sya applicable sa panahon ngayon. What are your thoughts po on this? Thank you po

Hi Prof E. Hindi naman yata necessary and internet for calls, texts, fax, etc. As to internet usage, i think may breakdown sa bill iyun.maybe we can check that. The provision provides .... "wireless and other communication equipment services". Of course we need to consider too the internet package like fixed fee because obviously, internet will cover local and overseas. So maybe we need to check too how NTC and BIR classify this type of service. Thanks
