Yo Chris this is amazing. I'm a fitness enthusiast training 3x a week with full body weight training and I do this gpp workout 1x a week on off days, feels amazing.

Chris, in power training, should we take advantage of the strech-shortening cycle or get rid of it? (like a box jump vs a seated box jump)

Chris what do you think about using alphadestiny's novice program for 6 months to make great strength and size gains. Then using your programs for the other 6 months to make speed, agility, and vertical jump gains? Is this a good idea?

Hey Chris I am cricket player of 16 years and doing work out from the template of cricket in your channel.l know workouts and programming very well and doing it by myself. A question in which I am stuck is how to any leg stength movment with 5×2 with basically bodyweight and really stuck at the basics and progressions for plyos don't know where to start plyos

He's doing about 2 sets of 10 reps/10 yards for everything The band work for the arms were 30 second intervals 💪🏽👍🏽
